Certifications
FSC
FSC Italy was founded in 2001 as a non-profit association, in harmony with the objectives of FSC International. In Italy, too, the FSC label has taken a leading role in the market for forest products such as wood, paper and non-timber products.
FSC stands as a benchmark in the legality and sustainability of the wood-paper supply chain, in accordance with the most current standards of responsible management of the forest resource.
Arepla has been FSC-certified for years and supports projects to defend the environment and forests.
BIODEGRADABILITY AND COMPOSTABILITY
TÜV AUSTRIA is an independent certification, inspection, testing and training body, offering certification services internationally in the areas of quality, energy, environment, safety and product.
The OK compost mark and certification scheme-acquired in 2017-guarantees that the product meets the stringent requirements of UNI EN 13432 after undergoing thorough laboratory analysis.
ATICELCA
The Aticelca 501/19 system is a voluntary evaluation method that, through
A laboratory simulation of the steps of the industrial manufacturing process
of the paper to be recycled, from pulping to the production of the new sheet of
paper, makes it possible to measure the level of recyclability of any product made of paper and cardboard.
The result of the assessment allows producers and users of cellulosic-dominated materials to report the level of recyclability of their materials or products based on a scientifically measured figure.
Our products are Aticelca certified and are fully recyclable. Arepla biocompostable products are OK COMPOST certified and guarantee compliance with the European standard EN 13432 on compostability in industrial composting plants.
